mentoring

Pittsburgh’s first youth mentoring program.

one2one mentoring

Since 1964, our one2one Mentoring Program has been the core of what we do at Family Guidance. We discern, match, train, and continually support Christian adults serving as mentors. Our average mentoring match lasts nearly three years vs. the national average of nine months.

We also partner with churches, ministries, community groups, and schools—like Pittsburgh Public Schools. One2one Mentoring is designed to help children develop socially, emotionally, and spiritually through meaningful and trusting relationships with their mentor.
