New Camp Cabins

Cabin Fever at Promise Camp!

The excitement is contagious at Promise Camp as crews put final touches on our new state-of-the-art dining hall, and two new camper cabins have just been completed! The new cabins, expertly built by a local like-minded construction company, along with some volunteer help, will each sleep eight campers and two staff. This gives us the capacity to serve up to ninety-six more campers in a six-week season.

This is the year that camp gets a facelift

The combination of these new structures will enable Promise Camp to accommodate the increase in campers served over the past two years, from 200 campers over a 4-week camp season in 2012, to 304 campers over 5 weeks in 2014. We are planning for 350 campers over 6 weeks in 2015.

Promise Camp is all about the children

We are eternally grateful and thankful for all our donors who understand the critical importance of what camp means to our kids – donors who stepped right up when they learned about the need to increase our facilities. A special thanks to Beverly Heights Church whose generous donation was used toward the building of one new cabin and the cost of repairing a damaged roof on an existing one.

But as wonderful as the new buildings are, the real renovations take place in the hearts and minds of our campers as they experience the unconditional love and saving grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.
